How to Install Collector’s Edition
1-TURN OFF YOUR INTERNET DURING INSTALL
2- Download and extract the files = 5.5GB ISO Image
3- Mount ISO Image on your virtual drive and install.
4- Download the Key Gen and enter the cd keys during install

After extraction copy all in Downloads folder(My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads) and install them with sims3 launcher
If you already have The Sims 3 installed, uninstall it.
1. Download The Sims 3 files
2. Download The Sims 3: World Adventures files
3. Extract files with WINRAR. That is, open the file in winrar and click “extract to”
4. Mount The Sims 3 with dtools/alcohol/whatever
5. Install The Sims 3.
6. Without cracking The Sims 3 double click the dvd in “My Computer” so the the sims launcher comes up. Use The Sims 3 launcher to update the game to the latest version.
7. Still without cracking anything, mount and install The Sims 3: World Adventures. This should remove the problem of World Adventures telling you it’s unable to install the patch.
8. Without cracking World Adventures, again open the launcher, this time the one for World Adventures and use it to update the game to the latest version.
9. copy the crack files in the crack directory your Sims 3 World Adventures directory.
10. Use the file”TS3EP01.exe” to launch the game, not the launcher.Optional:
I was unable to get all of the extra content to work. What did work was only installing content that came from the official store. After installing everything, paste the package files for the items you do wish to install into“documents/electronic arts/the sims 3/downloads”
or on Win7
“libraries/documents/electronic arts/the sims 3/downloads”Open the World Adventures launcher that you used to patch the game and use it to install the extra content. Go to the “downloaded” tab and check each item you wish to install, after installing them they should appear in game.
